No Return Policy
Since Help4U provides service-based solutions and not physical products, there is no return applicable once a booking request has been submitted and processed.
No Refund Policy
All payments made towards worker booking, service reservation, consultation, or service charges are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the amount paid cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
However, if there is a significant time gap before the scheduled service date and you need to request a cancellation or rescheduling, you may contact us for review. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and approval is solely at the discretion of Help4U.

In rare situations where a worker cannot be assigned, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
